INTEGRATED MEDIA SUPERVISOR

 

Summary:

This role is responsible for ownership of strategic planning across all media channels (offline and online). Candidate must have solid foundation of knowledge and experience across all media channels, with an emphasis on digital media. Candidate must exhibit a proven ability to plan, execute and analyze digital campaigns across display, mobile, rich media and video. A firm understanding of both branding principles and ROI driving tactics will be critical for this position.

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing media strategy, planning, campaign management, data, insights and analytics
  • Prepare and present media plans, as needed, including objectives, strategy, rationale, and all backup materials
  • Work side-by-side with the data analytics team to ensure media plan is being guided by client data insight
  • Assist accounting department in all client billing and reconciling variances and assuring proper payments
  • Management of budgeting/forecasting, campaign optimization and reporting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, and internal agency counterparts
  • Seek out creative and innovative first to market solutions to meet client objectives
  • Regularly inform both internal team members and external clients about opportunities, challenges and marketplace/technology developments
  • Provide strategic and tactical guidance on media best practices as an interactive media expert for clients, team and agency
  • Responsible for developing structured performance reporting systems with a strong focus on automation and efficiency
  • Train, develop and mentor junior staff to success

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years media planning experience with 2+ years digital experience required
  • Must have experience with branding campaigns, including site direct negotiation, implementation and evaluation
  • Experience with direct response campaigns, including retargeting campaigns, network buys, programmatic buying and optimization preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills required
  • Ability to manage client communication and projects with little supervision from senior leadership
  • Must have strong knowledge of DCM (trafficking and reporting) and Google Analytics
  • Working knowledge of social ad platforms (campaign execution and reporting) preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of Search Engine Marketing Campaigns on Google and Bing
  • Support Account Managers on all SEM issues

Job Qualifications:

MEDIA PLANNER

 

Position Summary:

This role is responsible for providing strategic planning support across all media channels (online). Candidate must have solid foundation of knowledge and experience across all media channels, with an emphasis on digital media. Candidate must exhibit a proven ability to plan, execute, report and analyze digital campaigns across display, mobile, rich media and video. A firm understanding of both branding principles and ROI driving tactics will be critical for this position. This position is perfect for an Assistant looking to move up and gain more experience in a digitally focused role.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Organize, implement and control the day-to-day media planning development process including coordination among assistants
  • Develop media strategy for clients on a local and national basis
  • Utilize available media planning tools (Kantar), other industry research and clients’ historical media activity reports to develop media plans
  • Manage day-to-day activities for campaigns
  • Maintain budgets, creative trafficking, and invoicing
  • Strong client interaction on a day-to-day basis
  • Assist in developing, measuring, and implementing test opportunities for campaigns
  • Participate in the development of presentations for both existing and new clients

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 year’s media planning experience (focus on digital, preferred).
  • Experience with direct response campaigns, including retargeting campaigns, network buys, programmatic buying and optimization preferred
  • One year digital ad trafficking experience (DCM)
  • Experience with Facebook Business Manager and AdWords (trafficking and reporting)
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

JUNIOR MARKETING DATA ANALYST

 

Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Data Analyst to work within our Analytics Team. This role will be responsible for working with a multitude of clients, assisting in producing meaningful KPI dashboards, and delivering performance reports with clear and actionable insights.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom, multi-channel marketing dashboards for weekly client reporting
  • Help to determine, analyze and report on key metrics
  • Analyze and interpret trends while providing insight and analysis of results
  • Analyze performance of different marketing channels and make optimization recommendations to improve efficiency

 

Qualifications:
